Had a mix up with my original order and was sent the wrong item. I emailed the company and within 48 hours I heard back from them apologizing for the packaging mistake and they shipped the correct item to me right away. I have ordered from Cowkid a few times now and loved all their clothes for all my little one and gifts for others little ranch kids. Their costumer sevice if top tier and very accomidating and polite. Shipping is also super fast and always able to track where it is at.
