Returns
All returns must be made WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Items not eligible for a return will only be given a partial refund or store credit.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will receive an 80% refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then you will receive an email stating your refund.
Sale items: ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If your item is damaged or wrong please send us an email at cowkidclothingcompany@gmail.com and we will replace the item if we determine that the damage or mistake was the manufacturer's fault. Any damages, product malfunctions or design problems need to be reported WITHIN 14 DAYS after you receive your item.
Missing items need to be reported within 7 days after delivery.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your new product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Any packages that are returned to us due to incorrect address, no such address, or undeliverable will be processed as a return when we receive them back. An email with store credit will be issued to the purchaser. Shipping costs will be deducted from store credit.
