1. How do I get my order confirmation and tracking info?
You will get an order confirmation email, a shipping confirmation email, and a delivery email so please make sure to enter your email correctly and use an email address that is still active. We will not spam you with junk mail I promise!
2. How do I return?
We do not do exchanges unless there is a malfunction with your product. The only products you can not return are belts, leather teething necklaces, and hats so please make sure you measure before you order to be sure you get the right size! Pacifiers must be unopened and any clothes must not be worn or washed. If you need to return an item please send it back to P.O. Box 874 Graham, TX 76450 with your ORDER number that you received in your emails. We do not pay return shipping. When we receive the items and look them over you will be refunded and receive an email stating the refund.
3. Why is there no paper receipt with my order?
In an effort to not waste any more paper than we have to, we do not print any paper receipts. If you have any questions about your order, or need to return anything please refer back to your emailed receipt. We're pretty easy to work with!
4. My product says it was delivered but I can't find it what should I do?
We use USPS to ship. Sometimes weird stuff can happen! First check all around your house sometimes they leave packages in strange places. Next call your local post office with your tracking number that you received in your email because they can see a lot more on their computer than you or I can! If they tell you it was delivered but you still can't find it, first go ask any neighbors if it was mistakenly delivered to them. If you STILL can't find it wait 2 more weeks. It will almost certainly magically show up. If it's still not there in 2 weeks please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know!
